- Are intended for adult use only (21+)

- Should be handled and used responsibly

Buzzy Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping

details. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — once your package is in transit,

we are unable to reroute or change the delivery address.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We do not ship or deliver on

weekends or holidays.

Any orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can

follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

We currently do not offer international shipping — orders are shipped only within the United States, and

only to states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days

of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged or missing items:

1. Email support@buybuzzy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

of the packaging and products (if applicable).

2. We will review your claim and, if verified, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note: Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Buzzy is not responsible

for delays, misdeliveries, or theft that occur after confirmed delivery. In such cases, you may need to

file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS) for resolution.

Pre-Orders & Limited Restocks

Some products — including limited-batch releases like our HoneyHoles tins — may ship later than standard orders due to small-batch production and weekly restock cycles.

If an item is listed as “Limited Restock” or shows an estimated ship date, please note that your order will be reserved immediately and shipped within approximately 5–7 business days once the new batch lands.

All pre-orders and restock reservations are fulfilled in the order they were received. Subscription orders always ship first.

Buzzy Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Buzzy products as much as we do. You may return new, unopened items

purchased directly from buybuzzy.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to

an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item).

To initiate a return, email support@buybuzzy.com with your order number and email receipt, and our

team will help you with the next steps.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
